Marc Moran has been a native of the Greater McAllen Area for over 20 years. He has been an active licensed Realtor since 2002 and has practiced Real Estate in San Antonio, TX, it's surroundings and is currently practicing in the Rio Grande Valley. 2005-2008: Realtor with Coldwell Banker Real Estate. Marc quickly climbed to the top with Coldwell Banker. He consistently remained within the top 3 agents in production with the 4th largest office in the Greater McAllen Area. Furthermore, Marc was able to close over 140 transactions and was recognized in 2006 with the "Sterling Society Award". In 2007 he received the "Diamond Society Award" and in 2008 he repeated his top production earning him the "Diamond Society Award". In addition, he participated in the overall growth of the company by helping develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics. His open-door policy, allowed him to serve as a proven mentor to many new and experienced Real Estate Agents.

2002-2004: Keller Williams Realty in San Antonio, TX. Since the beginning of his Real Estate Career Marc demonstrated the ability to adapt quickly to new situations and actively seek new ways to improve his personal and organizational performance. He worked along-side a top producing agent, earning him the opportunity to start on the right path.
